Composition II-Red Wine Blend
Proving that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, this blend of Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel and Tannat drinks like a classic field blend. Part of the blend spends time in medium-toast oak, imparting a smooth, silky texture.
The wine is juicy yet elegantly structured with notes of dark berries and ripe cherries. It pairs well with hearty fare, especially roasted and grilled foods, but also drinks nicely on its own.
